My name is Dr. Jim. This is my story and event.

I turned to music & singing when when I experienced extreme financial and emotional stress over 4 years ago. I opened up, reached out & spoke at my most vulnerable.

The 'I'm Just A Man' 3 Gala event, raises awareness & fundraise for Men's Mental Health on the night of Michael Hutchences' 22 year anniversary since his passing.

I was sadly inspired from the anxiety, depression and suicides of Chris Cornell and Chester Bennington, & it will be held on Friday, 22nd November.

In our inaugural year we had over 150 people in attendance. Last year over 250. This year we plan to have it even bigger.
